Previously, she was a Associate Chief Nursing Officer at Ellis Medicine and before that a Per Diem Staff RN Medical Surgical Telemetry at Winter Haven Hospital. Earlier in her career she worked with Florida Hospital as a Assistant Nurse Manager Post Cardiac Catheterization Unit/Staff Nurse Cardiothoracic Step Down Unit.

She graduated from University of Phoenix with master’s and undergraduate degree in Nursing.
