Rose is responsible for overseeing global operations and implementing the strategic growth plan for Qumu. Her experience and leadership most recently at Teradata and Cisco have been focused on developing and partnering to deliver technology-driven business solutions and services, optimizing go-to-market performance, providing a seamless customer experience, and driving profitable revenue growth.
I took my position at CloudCherry because of Rose. I immediately felt & recognized she knew what she was doing as the leader of North America for CloudCherry, and I’ve been reassured of that each day since I started. She can walk into any sales process or relationship, quickly assess the situation, and dive in to contribute & push things forward. She has an uncanny ability to put people at ease, all the while inspiring massive action in them. I would follow her wherever she goes, and I’ve heard many people on the team say the same.
Rose has critical qualities of a great leader including but not limited to integrity, communication skills, empowerment, decisiveness, intelligence, confidence and someone that truly cares and supports her employees. One of the best leaders I have worked for and is very inspiring. Rose knows the SaaS business from marketing/lead gen through lifecycle management/renewal and always delivers great results.
Rose is a go to leader in terms of everything that you can think of! She is very determined and hard working. She also ensures that he subordinates grow exponentially and achieve their dreams and goals. She is a leader who takes everyone along with her in the journey and is a very solid coach and a great leader.
