Dean is a world-renowned entrepreneur and expert in cybersecurity. He’s been honored with a place on the Forbes Under30 Israel list, and winner of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award in New York.

Ofri Shurm, Co-Founder and CTO

Ofri is a graduate of the elite Talpiot military academy and has over 13 years of hands-on experience in the cybersecurity field. After graduating from Talpiot, Ofri served for 8 years as an officer in the IDF’s intelligence corps. In his last position, he was the leader of an R&D section with more than 40 engineers and researchers.

Avidor Bartov, Co-Founder and Chief Architect

Avidor is a globally recognized cybersecurity expert. Starting at the age of 13, Avidor became a staple in the Israeli cybersecurity underground hacking scene; by the time he was 17, he was employed as a leading penetration tester, and personally led the evaluation of the largest organizations in Israel.

Jerry Raphael, Chief Financial Officer

Jerry is Chief Financial Officer at Axonius, responsible for growing and scaling the company’s global finance organization. He brings over 20 years of global operations experience to Axonius and is passionate about building strong teams that help support and drive company growth.

Lenny Zeltser, Chief Information Security Officer

Lenny Zeltser designs practical security solutions and shepherds them to a sustainable state. As the CISO of Axonius, he leads the security program to earn customers’ trust and fuel the company’s growth. In his prior roles, he built security products and services at companies such as NCR.

Roee Salomon, Chief Technology Officer

Roee is the CTO of AxoniusX and a cybersecurity expert with over 15 years of experience. Prior to AxoniusX, Roee co-founded Healthy.io and was in leading R&D roles at Towersec (acquired by Harman) and Alcide (acquired by Rapid7). Roee served six years as an officer in an elite unit in the Israeli Intelligence Corps, earned his B.Sc in computer science at the age of 19, and holds an EMBA from Tel Aviv University with honors.

Amir Ofek, CEO of AxoniusX

Amir is the CEO of AxoniusX. Prior to Axonius, Amir was the CEO of Alcide (acquired by Rapid7), and CyberInt. Before, he worked at Amdocs, where he served as VP Client Business Executive for the SingTel Group, and as the Chief of Staff to the CEO.

Nathan Burke, Chief Marketing Officer

Nathan is the Chief Marketing Officer at Axonius. Passionate about bringing new technologies to market to solve real problems, he has held marketing leadership roles at Hexadite (acquired by Microsoft), Intralinks, MineralTree, CloudLock (acquired by Cisco), and is a frequent speaker and contributing author on topics related to the intersection of collaboration and security

Nurit Shiber, Chief People Officer

Nurit is a Human Resources Executive with extensive experience in global, high growth organizations (Early stage, Pre-IPO and Public companies). Nurit scaled businesses globally over short periods of time while maintaining their unique culture and connectedness.
