Josh Mallamud, Chief Executive Officer
Josh Mallamud is the Chief Executive Officer of Cartegraph, which he joined in 2018. Previously, Mallamud was a Senior Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategic Partnerships at DialogTech. Earlier in his career he worked with Wavetable Labs as a Chief Operating Officer. Mallamud earned an MBA from IESE Business School and an Undergraduate Degree in Economics from Duke University.
Drew Dingman, Chief Financial Officer
Drew Dingman is the Chief Financial Officer of Cartegraph. Before joining Cartegraph, Dingman was a Vice President of finance at Verint and before that a vice president of finance at OpinionLab, A Verint Company. Earlier in his career he worked with Carlson as a manager of internal audit.
Dingman is a finance executive with extensive experience in driving repeatable, strategic growth through financial reporting, analysis, diligence, compliance and consultancy. His focus is on high-growth, emerging technology markets, leading and enabling enterprises with data-driven decision-making tools and analysis. He has extensive M&A experience, both sell-side and post-purchase integration. Dingman led the sell-side diligence on $1.5B of acquisitions, both into and out of PE. He hasanaged numerous buy-side finance diligence transactions in a variety of industries.
He has managed multi-site, multinational Accounting and Finance teams, implementing best practices, compliance and reporting processes and developing insightful financial reporting. Dingman has experience with Intacct, OpenAir, Great Plains, Salesforce, Oracle, Peoplesoft, and Tableau. Dingman graduated from Wisconsin School of Business with an undergraduate degree in accounting and information science.
