The company was founded by Florian Douetteau, Clément Stenac, Thomas Cabrol, and Marc Batty, who together developed its signature Data Science Studio (DSS).

In 2021, Dataiku raised $400 million in Series E funding at a valuation of $4.6 billion. The company’s goal is to empower enterprises with “Everyday AI,” integrating data science and AI into everyday use.
