Lucas has been an executive leader at FORM since 2013 where he is responsible for leading a 40-member team to deliver business impact to 1,000 enterprise customers globally, including CBRE, Fannie Mae, Aramark, British Petroleum, Wendy’s, and Nevada Gold Mines. Lucas has deep expertise in business process, workflow automation, digital transformation, culture and engagement, and business intelligence for SaaS. Channeling the voice of the customer to inform FORM’s product strategy, Lucas works closely with partners in product, engineering, and professional services to develop capabilities that improve the admin user experience in low-code/no-code process building, and increase frontline user adoption. Lucas has a degree in Communication from Appalachian State University, and a J.D. from the University of Miami with specialization in immigration.
