Key Executives

Pedro J. Garcia, Chief Executive Officer

Pedro serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Mortgage Cadence. Pedro brings vast experience in Financial Services and Banking, having worked with clients around the world and serving as the Global Client Account Lead for one of the largest global banking client accounts in Accenture. Before this role, he was the Client Portfolio Lead for Financial Services in the LATAM region. Pedro joined Accenture in 1985 and has spent most of his career in the Financial Services Industry. He has specialized in managing mergers and acquisitions and large transformational programs for global financial services players.

Outside of Accenture, he has been an active member of YPO (Young Presidents Organization) and a member of the Senior Leadership Council of ALPFA in NY. More recently Pedro was awarded with the HITEC 100 in 2021 as one of the most influential and notable Hispanic professionals in the Technology Industry.

Kym Gully, Chief Information Officer

Kym Gully has joined us as the Chief Information Officer of Mortgage Cadence and is an Accenture Managing Director in the Cloud 1st practice. Kym has an extensive background encapsulating over 25 years in financial services, mainly within product strategy and development. Kym is responsible for the strategy and development of the Core Products that encapsulate the life cycle of a loan application. In addition, he is accountable for the Development Operations to include native cloud, Quality Assurance and Professional Services.

Kym came from a highly successful award-winning solution – Accenture Life and Annuity Platform (ALIP) where he was the CIO and responsible for all things functional and technical. Kym was a crucial driver in the transformation of ALIP as a product both technically and functionally. Kym is a regular speaker at various conferences on product technology and strategy.

Keith Poucher, Chief Financial Officer

As CFO of Mortgage Cadence, Keith manages the business unit’s finance function, which includes overseeing the day-to-day finance processes and providing financial leadership in executing the company’s overall strategy.

Keith joined the Mortgage Cadence team in 2021, previously holding several positions at Accenture. Keith’s 12+ years of experience at Accenture includes roles in Client Financial Management, Strategic Planning & Analysis, and the Finance Lead of the Midwest Strategy & Consulting business. Keith received his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Colorado.

Brad White, Chief Operations Officer

Brad White serves as Chief Operations Officer of Mortgage Cadence and is an Accenture Managing Director with over 34 years of experience in technology consulting, software management, business process outsourcing, business operations and mortgage lending.

His focus with Mortgage Cadence includes finance, HR, compliance/ legal, and contract and program management. He performs the same role for Accenture Credit Services (ACS), Accenture’s business process outsourcing (BPO) offering.
