In September 2020, Pipedrive bolstered its offerings by relaunching LeadBooster, a comprehensive new lead generation and management toolset. Fully integrated into the Pipedrive platform, LeadBooster gives users the ability to search a unique B2B database of 400 million business profiles for high-quality outbound leads, which is just one among many of its key features.

In 2019, Financial Times included Pipedrive in the FT 1000, a list of Europe’s fastest-growing companies. That same year the company raised a total of $91 million in funding. Launched in autumn 2020, LeadBooster add-on has proved to be a successful tool both for the company as well as the customers. As a comprehensive new lead generation and management toolset and fully integrated into the Pipedrive platform, LeadBooster includes Prospector, which gives users the ability to search a unique B2B database of 400 million business profiles for high-quality outbound leads; a highly customizable Chatbot that engages with web traffic 24/7; Live Chat to help sales reps qualify leads in real-time; intuitive and shareable Web Forms to capture web browsers’ vital lead data; and an add-on called Web Visitors for monitoring web activity. Data suggests that LeadBooster secures up to 4x more qualified leads and can increase deal close rate by +25%. In addition to LeadBooster, Pipedrive is compatible with more than 200+ apps and integrations.

Over time, the role of corporate social responsibility has grown at Pipedrive, focusing mainly on supporting education, diversity, and sustainability. Headquartered in Florida, Pipedrive has in total 10 offices in 8 countries and more than 800 employees representing 50+ nationalities. The latest educational initiatives include the financial support of establishing and launching the Estonian based Jõhvi coding school, joining The Education Leaders’ Internship Programme and offering an internship to school principals, and supporting Codesters.club for engaging school children in digital product development program in middle and high schools. This year, Pipedrive also participates in the Green Tiger initiative for taking the company’s green and environmentally responsible practices to the next level.
