Darrell Heaps, Founder &Chief Executive Officer


Darrell Heaps is a serial entrepreneur who has spent his career building innovative software companies. As the Founder and CEO of Q4, Darrell has led the company’s vision and unique strategy, most recently leading Q4 through its $100m CAD IPO and driving Q4’s leadership position in the capital markets. Together with the global Q4 team, Darrell is transforming the way public companies, investors and investment banks discover, engage and communicate with each other resulting in more effective and efficient interactions.


Donna De Winter, CFO and COO


Donna de Winter is an industry veteran with a proven track record of success in strategy, finance, and operations at leading technology companies across North America. Donna joined as COO to help scale the customer-centric service model globally. She worked with Q4 as a consultant and has worked in a number of leadership roles across the technology sector including CFO of Vision Critical and CFO of Varicent where she led the company’s sale to IBM. Donna received her Master’s in Business from the University of Toronto.


Warren Faleiro, CTO


With over 25 years of experience in building products, Warren has a track record of leading and growing software teams that drive business results. As CTO, Warren is responsible for architecting the software and systems that power the Q4 customer experience. Prior to joining Q4, Warren was at FreshBooks, the leading cloud based accounting platform where he spearheaded the creation of its next generation platform. Prior to that, he spent 12 years in Silicon Valley building and leading technology and product teams. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto.


Dorothy Arturi, CPO


Dorothy brings 20 years of experience in developing, growing and scaling human resource practices. As CPO, Dorothy is responsible for leading Q4’s global talent and organizational design strategy in support of the overall business objectives. Prior to joining the company, Dorothy was VP HR for Marketwired, a global social communications and press release company. She was instrumental in leading the company through its sale and transition to Nasdaq in 2016. Prior to Marketwired, Dorothy held various progressive leadership roles across several industries including alcohol beverage, retail, nutraceuticals, and manufacturing. Dorothy received her Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources from Ryerson University and is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL).
