Corporate Responsibility

Within the past year, Sendinblue has implemented new programs and initiatives aimed at promoting DE&I throughout the entire organization, including:

– The launch of a new D&I initiative to reaffirm the company’s commitment to equality. As part of this initiative, Sendinblue is carrying out multiple workshops to brainstorm ideas on how to better the organization’s approach to diversity and inclusion and work with employee volunteers to define the action plan. Following the workshops, the employee volunteers will work with the Sendinblue leadership team to shape new diversity and inclusion policies at the organization.

– A refresh of the hiring process to mitigate bias, including unconscious bias training for all Sendinblue hiring managers. Sendinblue also updated company job descriptions to include language about the company’s diversity initiatives.

– Ongoing company-wide discussions on diversity to increase awareness, elevate the voices of underrepresented groups in the company, and educate the entire employee-base.

– A revamp of the anti-discrimination and anti-harassment policies to reflect Sendinblue’s inclusive and diverse approach.

– Anti-discrimination and anti-harassment online training for all employees, facilitated by LRN, one of the leaders of ethics and compliance solutions.

– Training and workshops on stress management to help aid employees through difficult times in society. Each training and workshop are set up in different forms to adapt to the context and needs of each country.
