Tomer Weingarten, CEO, Co-Founder

Tomer Weingarten is the CEO of SentinelOne. Previously, Weingarten was a Director of Product Development at Toluna and before that a Co-founder and CTO at Carambola Media LTD. Earlier in his career he worked with Mckit Systems as a software development team leader.

Vats Srivatsan, Chief Operating Officer

Vats Srivatsan is the Chief Operating Officer of SentinelOne. Before joining SentinelOne, Srivatsan was a President and Chief Operating Officer at ColorTokens Inc. and before that a Chief Strategy Officer at Palo Alto Networks. Earlier in his career he worked with Intel Corporation as a senior engineer.

Srivatsan graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a PhD in operations research, from Boston University with an MS in manufacturing engineering and from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay with an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering.

David Bernhardt, Chief Financial Officer

David Bernhardt is the Chief Financial Officer of SentinelOne. Bernhardt first got his start in 1996 as a business assurance senior associate of audit at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. From there, he went on to Inktomi CorporationInktomi, before eventually rising to vice president of finance at Chegg Inc., his most recent position prior to joining SentinelOne. Bernhardt graduated from Santa Clara University with an undergraduate degree in finance.

Raj Rajamani, Chief Product Officer

Raj Rajamani is the Chief Product Officer of SentinelOne, which he first joined in 2017. Previously, Rajamani was a VP product management at Cylance, Inc. and before that a Director of Product Management at Marketo. Earlier in his career he worked with McAfee as a Senior Product Manager. Rajamani earned an MBA from University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business and an undergraduate degree in computer science from University of Wisconsin of Madison.

Ric Smith, Chief Technology Officer

Ric Smith is the Chief Technology Officer of SentinelOne. Before joining SentinelOne, Smith was a Vice President of Engineering at Medallia and a Senior Director of Engineering at Oracle Marketing Cloud. Earlier in his career he worked with Lockheed Martin Information Technology as an associate software engineer. Smith graduated from The Wharton School with an MBA and from University of Arizona with an undergraduate degree in computer science.
