Bala Kasiviswanathan, Chief Product & Customer Experience Officer

Bala Kasiviswanathan, is passionate about building and scaling products and companies. He started this journey at Microsoft both in APJ and then WW roles, followed by his role as a product leader at Apigee, helping them to IPO and an acquisition by Google Cloud. Most recently, he was the Chief Product Officer for Tidal at X (formerly Google X), helping drive innovation through advanced computer vision and AI for addressing complex ocean challenges we face as humanity.

Currently, Bala is focused on driving AI-based innovations for Simpplr’s employee experience and modern intranet platform.

Parag Kulkarni, Chief Technology Officer

Parag has nearly 25 years of experience as a technology industry leader. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of SaaS Engineering at Nutanix, where he developed modern SaaS applications across the customer and partner lifecycle. During his tenure, the company experienced exponential growth, expanding company size by over twenty times.

Currently, Parag leads Simpplr’s engineering and technology teams, driving innovation and creating more value for customers.
