Ragy Thomas, Founder & CEO
Ragy Thomas is the Founder & CEO of Sprinklr, which he founded in 2009. Previously, Thomas was President at Epsilon Interactive Services Group and before that worked as Chief Technology Officer at Bigfoot Interactive. Earlier in his career he worked with Tata Unisys as a senior software engineer. Thomas is a Board Member on Tech:NYC as well as the New York CTO Club.
Thomas earned an MBA in finance and information systems from NYU Stern School of Business and an undergraduate degree in computer science and engineering from Pondicherry Engineering College.
Pavitar Singh, Chief Technology Officer
Pavitar Singh is the Chief Technology Officer for Sprinklr, a unified customer experience management platform for the world’s most valuable companies. At Sprinklr, Singh leads all R&D and Product work. Known for continuous innovation, his team built Sprinklr’s unified platform of five products upon a layer of advanced automation and A.I. over the last 10 years. Before joining Sprinklr, Singh was a co-founder at UserRules.com and before that worked as a product lead at iXiGO.com. Earlier in his career he worked with Pramati Technologies as a development engineer.
Singh graduated from Management Development Institute in Gurgaon with an MBA in finance, operations and strategy and from Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology with an undergraduate degree in computer science and information technology.
Paul Ohls, Chief Revenue Officer
Paul Ohls is the Chief Revenue Officer of Sprinklr, which he joined in 2018 as the Executive Vice PResident of Global Sales & Success. Ohls first got his start in 1995 as a sales executive at Aerotek. From there, he went on to SAP Ariba, before eventually rising to Chief Revenue Officer at Tenfold, A LivePerson (LPSN) Company, his most recent position prior to joining Sprinklr.
Ohls graduated from Texas A&M University with an undergraduate degree in marketing and finance.
Diane Adams, Chief Culture & Talent Officer
Diane Adams is the Chief Culture and Talent Officer of Sprinklr. Adams is a global “culture and talent” expert who builds high-performing organizations across technology verticals. She has a proven track-record of scaling businesses that in turn, have doubled, tripled, and increased their revenue streams 10x, during tenures at three public companies. Adams has expertise in leading Fortune 500 Human Resources organizations, as well as consulting and coaching small business, entrepreneurial ventures, and nonprofits.
Adams is the author of More than “Casual Fridays and Free Coffee: Building a Business Culture that Works for Everyone” , with the goal of helping people and companies recognize opportunities to engage and energize their teams, develop creative “Culture and Talent” strategies to meet changing market requirements, and build high-performing values-based, diverse and inclusive cultures. Her work and accomplishments have been featured or cited in numerous publications, including the Wall Street Journal, Fortune, and Success magazine, among others.
Previously, Adams was a Chief Culture and Talent Officer at McGraw-Hill Education and before that a Chief People Officer at Qlik. Earlier in her career she worked with Cisco Systems as a VP of Human Resources. Adams earned an undergraduate degree from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Arun Pattabhiraman, Chief Marketing Officer
Arun Pattabhiraman is the Chief Marketing Officer of Sprinklr, which he joined in 2022. Pattabhiraman is an award-winning, global C-suite executive in the SaaS and internet space with experience in product marketing, marketing communications, sales and business development – in both B2B & B2C spaces. He is a seasoned entrepreneurial leader, who thrives in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments that are often characterized by high levels of ambiguity. Pattabhiraman has diverse industry experience across Saas, ad-tech, Internet, media & entertainment, telecom and IT.
Before joining Sprinklr, Pattabhiraman was a Chief Growth Officer at Freshworks and before that a Chief Marketing Officer at Hotstar. Earlier in his career he worked with Tata Consultancy Services as an associate systems engineer. Pattabhiraman graduated from Indian School of Business with an MBA in strategic marketing, strategy and leadership and from College of Engineering, Guindy with an undergraduate degree in electrical and electronics engineering.
Manish Sarin, Chief Financial Officer
Manish Sarin is the Chief Financial Officer of Sprinklr. Sarin is an experienced CFO for high growth software and cybersecurity businesses with expertise in raising capital and managing organic and inorganic growth. Sarin first got his start in 1994 as a consultant at Price Waterhouse. From there, he went on to JPMorgan H&Q, before eventually rising to CFO at Exabeam, his most recent position prior to joining Sprinklr.
Sarin graduated from Columbia Business School with an MBA in finance and from Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University) in Varanasi with an undergraduate degree in computer science.
