Addy joined MemberClicks in 2018 as Director of People Operations. MemberClicks is the leading provider of membership management software for small to mid-sized associations and chambers.Previously, she was a Atlanta Member Services at Zipcar and before that a Compliance Analyst/Auditor at Northwest Administrators, Inc.
She graduated from University of Washington.
Addy is a servant leader. She leads by example, and is always ready to do every and any role that is required of her to get the job done. She goes above and beyond for all the employees to make sure they feel safe and protected in the workplace. In short, she makes MemberClicks feel like a home! She also applies herself to important causes outside of work as a leader as well. She was a co-leader of the National Society of Multiple Sclerosis this year because of her fundraising efforts the previous year. She is a natural leader with class and grace that I look up to on a daily basis. Pick Addy!!!
Addy takes her role as Director of Operations extremely personal. Addy makes an inclusive effort when it comes to hiring and company awareness. Her professionalism is admirable and she leads by example. Addy also contributes to leadership positions out of MemberClicks on her own time to continue her personal professional development, but also contribute to the growth of MemberClicks.
