  1. As one of the original employees of the company, Beth has helped build the company from a small startup to a global SaaS company. This has involved taking on new responsibilities, creating new functions and building a world-class operations team. Everyone at Panopto has an impact on our customers and Beth is no exception. Through her tenure she has been responsible for sales, renewals, marketing and general company operations. Now as our VP of Operations, she continues as a vital part of the executive team. Some of her many strengths include: A relentless focus on customers. This is core to our mission as an organization and the product we deliver. Beth is constantly working on ways to make it easier for our customers to do business with us both at the time of purchase and during ongoing renewals (of which her team has an exceptionally high achievement). A strong attention to detail. You won’t see many with the level of process rigor, business intelligence and workflow design skills that Beth possesses. She is a role model for others in how she manages sales operations and the entire global team relies on her completely. Development of talent. Within the company, Beth has directly managed and mentored many of our longest-tenured employees. She effectively applies multiple frameworks, methods and discussion tools to guide employees in their development and career growth, whether that’s in role or outside her team. She also has one of the highest retention rates of any VP. Take Ownership. Through every role iteration and business phase, Beth welcomes new challenges, identifies needs and takes ownership of getting things done. Cultural Ambassador. Even today and after many years, Beth is looking for ways to engage employees, celebrate successes and steward our unique culture. How many VP’s do you know that still facilitate the annual Halloween costume contest?
