Brad’s primary strengths include his ability to drive an organization forward through his impeccable vision, galvanizing demeanor, and magnetizing humanity. In an age where complete transparency has become table stakes for chief executives, Brad’s extreme openness and inclusive nature is integrity incarnate. His professional victories speak for themselves – if they’re not interrupted by an army of former and current employees that will readily sing his praises. Brad has not simply encouraged a new era within OneLogin; Brad has has forged a new age and a new trajectory for OneLogin.   2. Brad is a charismatic, decisive and inspirational leader. He does an incredible job of communicating a vision and driving accountability while providing the appropriate level of support. I have come to appreciate Brad’s ability to allow his teams to work through tough issues vs. simply providing the answers.   3. I’ve worked at several companies with very successful CEO’s (LinkedIn and Okta). What sets Brad aside is his connection to the employees. Brad routinely writes an email with this thoughts about the company from a business and culture view. The number one thing that stood out to me about Brad, was that he took 5 minutes out of a very busy day to say hello to my dad when he was in the office. This is the type of action that shows true leadership.
