Cathy joined Pivot3 in 2016 as Vice President, Global Sales Operations and Chief of Staff to the CEO. Pivot3 provides hyperconverged infrastructure solutions for mission-critical video in Safe and Smart environments such as campuses, cities, casinos, airports, transit, and Federal facilities.Previously, she was a Vice President, Business Operations & Strategy for the Americas at Epicor Software and before that a Vice President, Sales Strategy & Operations for North America at Polycom. Earlier in her career she worked with Cisco as a Director, Sales Strategy & Operations for US Commercial South.
She graduated from Kansas State University with an undergraduate degree in Management and Marketing and earned a MBA.
Cathy’s diverse background across sales, marketing, product and HR organizations as well as her expansive skill set inclusive of strategic planning, big data analytics, and sales operations result in her core ability to see and mold the big picture. Cathy also has a critical focus on execution detail, which is key to realizing the potential of good strategy. She is a results-driven, self-starter who enjoys achieving success through teamwork and collaboration.
