Celia Fleischaker joined PROS in 2017 and serves as its Chief Marketing Officer. She leads all aspects of marketing, including marketing operations, product marketing, branding, corporate communications, global events, digital strategy and demand generation. Fleischaker is responsible for developing and executing strategies that build on PROS success as a leading provider of commerce solutions and driving growth in the industries it serves.She brings to PROS more than 20 years of enterprise software marketing experience. Fleischaker most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President of Epicor Software Corporation, a leading provider of industry-specific enterprise software. In her role, she was responsible for the global marketing function, including product, corporate and field marketing. With Epicor, Fleischaker built a high-performing marketing organization that consistently drove above best-in-class contributions to revenue. During her two-decade career with Epicor, she held numerous leadership roles in marketing, including the head of corporate marketing and senior vice president responsible for global field marketing.
Fleischaker earned an MBA from the Indiana University, Kelley School of Business, with a major in Decision and Information Systems and a minor in Finance. She received a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
At PROS, Celia has been focused on driving revenue growth (very much in partnership with other areas of the organization – sales, PS, Customer Success). She has focused building the foundation for a go-to-market program that will drive sustained growth for PROS. She has worked with her team to define a strong message platform that supports a robust content strategy which will underpin global campaigns and programs. Results are very positive. In the 1st half of 2019, PROS saw a 30% increase in deal volume over 1H ’18. Subscription revenue growth for Q2 of 2019 was up 50%. Building strong teams is one of Celia’s biggest assets. Through a combination of developing existing talent to recruiting talent from outside the organization, Celia has developed a strong team that comes from diverse backgrounds and can execute on an aggressive go-to-market strategy. Celia is a champion for diversity and inclusion. She serves as executive sponsor for [email protected] (ERG supporting LGBTQIA+ community) and executive advisor to Blaze (ERP supporting the advancement of women). She partners with HR and members of the executive team to further the causes of these two groups as well as diversity and inclusion in general at the company. Celia is extremely proud to be part of a company that has closed the gender pay gap and has best-in-class representation of women and under-represented minorities in management positions. Prior to joining PROS Celia spent nearly 20 years at Epicor Software Corp., an $850+ million enterprise software company. At Epicor, she worked her way up from Director of Product Marketing to Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, where she was responsible for a $40 million global budget and managed 250+ individuals across the world. Her accomplishments during her tenure with Epicor were significant: She led a comprehensive, global rebranding effort for the company, drove 70 percent of the new business pipeline in the Americas, overhauled the search marketing program to provide a 163 percent increase in conversion rates, and helped lead the integration for an acquisition that expanded Epicor’s footprint from 20 countries to more than 150. While these are highlights of her many key accomplishments, they clearly demonstrate the depth and breadth of Celia’s experience, expertise and success.
