   Colin is super passionate and an inspiring leader. His personal journey is amazing as he is the original founder of the company and started the company at age 23. iCIMS has grown consistently and organically since then and is not your typical start-up. He leads by example and is always thinking 5 years+ out like a good SaaS CEO should. He isn’t afraid to admit weakness and encourages employees to do the same. He has created a transparent and encouraging environment for the company.

Our healthcare plan is unbelievably good and is covered 100% by the company.
