Dionna joined Thumbtack in 2020 as Global Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (Director). Thumbtack is an online marketplace that connects millions of people with local professionals for their projects.

Previously, she was a Director, Global Diversity & Inclusion, Learning & Development at PowerToFly and before that a Head of Global Diversity Talent Strategies & Recruitment Programs at Delta Air Lines. Earlier in her career she worked with Cisco Systems as a Senior Consultant - Global Talent Management & Talent Acquisition.

She graduated from Tulane University with an undergraduate degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies and from Howard University where she earned a degree in Business/Communications.
