Doniel Sutton is the Chief People Officer of Fastly. She first joined the company in 2020. Fastly helps the world’s most popular digital businesses keep pace with their customer expectations by delivering fast, secure, and scalable online experiences.


Previously, Sutton was a senior vice president of people (CHRO) at Paypal and before that a VP of human resources of real estate and relocation services at Prudential Financial. Earlier in her career she worked with Honeywell Aerospace as an HR manager.


Sutton earned an MBA in human resources and an undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
