Elizabeth Carducci began her professional career 34 years ago. Today, she is the EVP & Chief Revenue Officer of Medallia. Medallia helps companies win through customer and employee experience. It offers a SaaS platform that captures experience data from signal fields emitted by customers and employees.

Carducci first got her start in 1987 as a senior consultant at Touche Ross. From there, she went on to ITT Sheraton, before eventually rising to VP of global distribution at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., her most recent position prior to joining Medallia.

Carducci graduated from Stanford Graduate School of Business with an MBA and from M.I.T. with an undergraduate degree in EE.

As a member of the founding team of Medallia, Elizabeth helped build the Company into the industry leader it is today. Her involvement in our product innovation, go-to-market strategy and customer growth and retention, as well as her direct engagement in providing thought leadership with industry analysts, have helped Medallia achieve a leader designation in every major independent evaluation of our space. Elizabeth is also known for developing and leading high impact teams. In her current role as CRO, she leads our global enterprise sales, solution consulting, solution principal and market intelligence functions. Under Elizabeth’s leadership, these high performing teams leverage strong sales processes, enablement and coaching to ensure we meet our growth goals. Finally, Elizabeth is a critical thinker, who brings strong problem solving and communication skills to all aspects of her role. Her ability to apply this thinking across a broad spectrum, from the bigger picture to the details, enables her to make significant contributions from broader company strategy to organizational design/management to individual customer relationships/deal execution. She builds relationships both internally and externally, working cross-functionally to ensure customer success. Her passion for our space, our customers and our people, is inspiring and motivating to those around her.
