Prior to Oracle, Emily was the Principal Engineer at PeopleStrategy, an employee benefits broker that offers a full HR technology suite. While there, Emily was focused on helping development teams solve difficult problems while looking to revolutionize and implement projects and enhancements critical to the core product offering. She helped meet this mission in a number of ways, from leading a company-wide initiative to implement agile scrum methodologies to creating technical documentation standards for all development teams company-wide. Additionally, Emily had a significant impact on the company’s product suite, overseeing the development and implementation of numerous product enhancements.

Emily joined the PeopleStrategy from Delphi Analytics, where she served as technology lead responsible for building and managing technology used to manage more than $8 billion in loan portfolios. She received her bachelor’s degree in computer science from Brigham Young University and is currently pursuing her MBA from the University of Central Florida.
