  1. Haitham’s key strengths are his process discipline, strategic planning and prioritization skills. He understands the critical importance of creating a plan for success and focusing on prioritizing the most important thing to be working on at any given time. Haitham consistently drives his teams to focus on the process of planning, executing and measuring. We always know what we need to accomplish at any given time, how we’re going to accomplish it and how we are progressing. We have daily huddles to pulse on our progress, as well as weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly planning meetings tracking our progress, what’s working/what’s not/what we need to adjust, if needed, to accomplish our goals. In the five years that I have worked with him, we have always been successful in achieving our goals as a team. He is also very focused on giving credit where credit it due and ensuring team members are recognized for their contributions to our success.

  3. Haitham’s key strengths include his ability to trust his team, and empower all of us to be decision-makers. He does not micro-manage, nor does he tell you how to execute. Instead, what he does is provide the tools and guidance needed in order to make a solid business decision. Part of what makes him such a good leader is in how he reaches out for feedback prior to making a decision that could potentially affect our incoming leads, or a process that has been in place for years. Most leaders will ask for opinions, but then simply ignore them in order to move forward with their own agenda. Haitham, on the other hand, will not push his agenda when his team provides valuable thoughts and proposes other ideas for consideration. All of these strengths is what builds rapport within an organization and strengthens a team overall.
