She has 20+ years of experience in the software industry and is specialised in driving revenue growth and delivering on key business imperatives. Her strengths are in building strategy and driving teams to execution in new, emerging, and growing businesses with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Working at companies like Siemens PLM, Autodesk and Nemetschek, has allowed Hilde to accumulate a wealth of experience in the software, manufacturing and AEC industries, from start-up to established businesses.

Hilde started her CEO role at SCIA in 2015 and holds a Master of Science in Industrial Design.
