   Ida is an absolute role model for so many in our office and beyond. Ida is a brilliant, bold and personable leader who is a constant (positive) force in our office. Ida is present throughout the entire business, and is an expert at connecting the dots between processes, products, sales, and marketing. She cares fiercely about AppFolio’s future and constantly ensures that every department within AppFolio company is up to date with our financial performance and really helps us understands what drives performance. One example of this is an ongoing session called Coffee with the CFO.” This was founded by Ida and is a small, informal 90min gathering where employees from any office can join her and a small group for transparent discussion on any topic over coffee. She hosts these sessions once per quarter in each office. Perhaps most importantly, Ida is a TRUE leader. She’s approachable, direct, and truly care about her teams’ development (and all employees for that matter). I feel lucky to work with a women like Ida!
