   Irina is head of Field Marketing, which means that she i in charge of all the events where our company is represented, towards future and existing customers. I recognize her as having big and direct impact on our revenue, retention, and the general recognition of our brand. Even though her day-to-day job is filled conflicts and catastrophes to avert, she handles it with calm and a professional attitude, while being candid and down-to-earth with everyone. She is actively involved in shaping the direction, and she is very aware of the scope of her role and the limits of it, and all of the things that ma fall on the floor in the gaps. She is always very helpful and reassuring, and she is an advocate for inclusion inside the company, even when it inconveniences her. I perceive her candid attitude the most important. She is quite direct, but she can communicate her opinions in a ay that is constructive and respectful.

   She’s been spearheading our internal team culture, as well as fostering our relationships with our customers by generating engaging and interesting events and activities. She’s also a great mentor, specially in public speaking, where she has trained a lot of our colleagues for appearing at major events.
