Jaclyn has an unusually strong ability to optimize across business concerns (revenue and operations), company culture, and deep concerns of the on-the-ground experience of each individual FullStory customer. She founded an entire department at FullStory called “Huggers” which cleverly combines product management, customer success, and customer support for a uniquely potent (and humble) voice of the customer within FullStory. ProfileJaclyn Spangler joined FullStory in 2015 originally as Customer Success & Enablement and has risen in position steadily through the years. Most recently, as Director of Corporate Operations, she was a strategic adviser to the CEO and leadership team, focused on scaling operations for our high growth startup. In that role, her mandate was to continuously improve the company’s systems for strategic planning, decision making, org structure, and knowledge sharing. Prior to FullStory she was a product manager at Expeditors. Jaclyn earned her undergraduate degree from Clemson University.
