  1. Jennifer’s ability to put the right people in the room at the right time and have a discussion at the level of abstraction that creates traction (and ultimately value) is her superpower. Jennifer is a masterful communicator. In her role, she makes complex discussions simpler without oversimplifying, always points the audience back to the most strategic imperatives, and leads discussions to actionable outcomes (beyond mere “visioneering” and “sloganeering”). Jennifer is always aware of how she is influencing the communication channels she creates, moderates and shapes — the safety, dignity and respect of the teams in these channels are always her first priority. Jennifer keeps the conversation moving in a safe environment, often reminding the discussants why their voice belongs in any exchange. Jennifer a leader people want to continue to work with because she makes them better at what they already do well. Beyond making the people Jennifer works with better through practice, Jennifer brings her network to new opportunities, opening up new doors to coworkers through her leadership. Jennifer is clear, concise, specific and generous in sharing credit with her team and even the extended colleagues in her network.
