As head of marketing, Julia is responsible for developing and executing marketing and sales readiness programs that support business objectives and drive revenue.
Julia is a business-to-business (B2B) technology marketing expert with over 20 years of industry experience. She spent 12 years at Microsoft, in the Latin region and in Canada, then switched to the agency world, where she specializes in demand generation for B2B technology companies.
Julia holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a bachelor’s degree in communications from Old Dominion University. She often speaks on panels and at events on topics including content marketing, demand generation, and inbound marketing.
Julia’s extreme positivity and culture-building attitude have a big effect at iotum. She is a bold, aggressive person who rewards good ideas and believes in collaboration. We have three products in market with vastly different audiences and she is flawless in getting her team to context switch between the different customer perspectives. She embraces new tools and new ways of doing things. She pushes the leadership team for fairness for all employees. She mentors and builds people up and points any competitiveness outside the organisation.
