Juliann Larimer joined Peak-Ryzex as President and CEO in April 2018. Juliann was most recently Vice President and General Manager, Sales, North America, at Zebra Technologies. Prior to running North American sales at Zebra, she served as Vice President of Global Channels and Sales Operations at Motorola Solutions as well as Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President at Zebra Technologies.Prior to Motorola, she held a variety of sales, marketing and business development roles at NCR, IBM, Accenture and Bridgestone Corporation. Juliann is an accomplished B2B technology executive, and has been recognized for her strong leadership in managing diverse teams and driving results in a matrixed environment. Juliann earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Business from Vanderbilt University and holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
Juliann truly listens to her employees, even when faced with a new staff of 400+. In her time at our company, she has taken the time to sit down with each person/group and allowed for an honest and open dialogue about how we could work better together to grow our business, and what could be done to improve our culture. She is highly articulate, speaks carefully but incredibly thoughtfully and is one of the most well balanced leaders I’ve worked with in my career. She is customer focused, but not at the expense of her staff members. She puts people before profit, and seems to believe that investing in your employees causes them to invest in the company.
Juliann is truly a visionary in determining how the company’s SaaS offerings in retail specifically can help customers transform. She approaches it as a partnership and through her leadership is driving our team to think more creatively and strategically in enhancing and building software solutions that do not simply meet a need or solve a problem, but allow our customers to be innovative leaders in their markets as well.
Juliann is making an impact in the SaaS industry with her focus on growing our retail software business (iM2) which helps our retail customers efficiently offer click and collect/buy on line, pick up in store services to their shoppers and also helps our customers more quickly fulfill orders by locating inventory not only in a distribution center but also in another store.
