Kara Grygotis is a customer-centric leader who understands every phase of the client lifecycle in the software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry.

Kara directs TT’s global Customer Success organization, ensuring seamless product on-boarding and day-to-day client services. She focuses on account management, working closely with TT’s customers and business partners worldwide.

Prior to TT, Kara spent the bulk of her career at Backstop Solutions Group, where she most recently was VP of Relationship Management. She built a team and program that helped clients grow and scale, resulting in sustained high client retention and satisfaction. She also held roles at Backstop in professional services, implementation and client services. Previously, she worked for Avery Partners in New York.

Kara received her undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont.
