Kristen has spent her career in technology and driven to make data more human, believing that information leads to understanding, which leads to greater empathy, impact, and connection.Kristen is currently the CGO of Dharma Platform, an impact-first data management and collection platform that is changing the way NGOs and Governments think about and use data for good. She's responsible for strategy, sales, marketing, and customer success and has helped support some of the world's more impactful organizations like the World Health Organization, the Gates Foundation, and the CDC.
She most recently served as the CEO of Door94, a Washington D.C. start-up delivering impact management solutions to education non-profits, and before that led the Research & Analytics Business Unit at Sprinklr, a social customer experience management platform supporting the world's largest brands like Nike, Walmart, Hyatt Hotels, and P&G.
After studying Psychology and Tibetan Buddhism at Columbia University, Kristen spent a year in India following the Dalai Lama before she entered the world of data in NYC.
