Kristin joined Phreesia in 2014 and currently serves as Vice President, Market Development. Phreesia automates the patient check-in process by collecting personal health information on the PhreesiaPad.


Previously, she was a Senior Associate (Engagement Manager) at Booz & Company and before that an Associate Consultant ZS Associates.


She graduated from The Johns Hopkins University with an undergraduate degree in Public Health Studies and from Columbia University – Columbia Business School where she earned a MBA.

  1. Kristin is all around incredible! I’ve had the pleasure of working closer with her the past 6 months. Kristin is someone I greatly look up to in my career for many reasons. One in particular is Kristin ensures you are heard. She listens and has conversations with you regardless of your title. She is always open to ideas and opinions, thoughts and feedback. When she speaks to our clients it is no different. If there is feedback or something our clients want to discuss with the product she ensures the right people are involved and she advocates for them and they fully trust her and have such an amazing rapport built with her, but also the products she is working with them on. I’ve seen her create teams to make our product and company better. She is beyond forward thinking and truthfully captures a room when she is a part of the conversation and influences others for the better. She has the ability to ask questions and do deep discovery to connect with our clients and teams. It’s something that I admire and constantly observe as I sit in on the calls with her to make myself better. I have no doubt that other’s at Phreesia feel the same way. She is someone you want to have as your mentor, that you ask for feedback from because you know it will make you better and help you grow. She makes an incredible leader and as a woman, she is someone that I certainly look up to and aspire to be more like. I hope everyone has the privilege and opportunity to work with a Kristin.

  2. Kristin is a leader – flat out. She has started several business units from scratch at Phreesia. She is the following: – Innovative: started up our product marketing team and bringing an entirely new business unit and product to market. – Curious: always asks the tough questions of her team and expects top performance. She also is constantly asking for feedback on herself and what her and her teams can be doing better. – Great communicator: Kristin is able to succinctly relay her message and the story she is trying to tell in few words/slides – Collaborative: She constantly looks for feedback on how to make things better for the team and company.
