Kristin joined Phreesia in 2014 and currently serves as VP of Product Management. Phreesia automates the patient check-in process by collecting personal health information on the PhreesiaPad.
Previously, she was a Senior Associate (Engagement Manager) at Booz & Company and before that an Associate Consultant ZS Associates.
She graduated from The Johns Hopkins University with an undergraduate degree in Public Health Studies and from Columbia University – Columbia Business School where she earned a MBA.

Kristin is all around incredible! I’ve had the pleasure of working closer with her the past 6 months. Kristin is someone I greatly look up to in my career for many reasons. One in particular is Kristin ensures you are heard. She listens and has conversations with you regardless of your title. She is always open to ideas and opinions, thoughts and feedback. When she speaks to our clients it is no different. If there is feedback or something our clients want to discuss with the product she ensures the right people are involved and she advocates for them and they fully trust her and have such an amazing rapport built with her, but also the products she is working with them on. I’ve seen her create teams to make our product and company better. She is beyond forward thinking and truthfully captures a room when she is a part of the conversation and influences others for the better. She has the ability to ask questions and do deep discovery to connect with our clients and teams. It’s something that I admire and constantly observe as I sit in on the calls with her to make myself better. I have no doubt that other’s at Phreesia feel the same way. She is someone you want to have as your mentor, that you ask for feedback from because you know it will make you better and help you grow. She makes an incredible leader and as a woman, she is someone that I certainly look up to and aspire to be more like. I hope everyone has the privilege and opportunity to work with a Kristin.
Kristin is a leader – flat out. She has started several business units from scratch at Phreesia. She is the following: – Innovative: started up our product marketing team and bringing an entirely new business unit and product to market. – Curious: always asks the tough questions of her team and expects top performance. She also is constantly asking for feedback on herself and what her and her teams can be doing better. – Great communicator: Kristin is able to succinctly relay her message and the story she is trying to tell in few words/slides – Collaborative: She constantly looks for feedback on how to make things better for the team and company. Always willing to help others when it’s not going to have an impact on her team or core objectives. – Listener: Kristin listens. She listens to her team, her peers and management. If she needs to pivot in a different direction, she is the first to admit when she is wrong or needs to change.
Kristin is consistently called upon to find novel ways grow our business She has deep product and industry knowledge and contributes to strategy and go-to-market planning. She is a natural leader who consistently rises to the occasion. Kristin is a strong collaborator, understanding that her peers bring different perspectives, experiences and opinions and those differences are what make our offering unique. While she sits in a senior position, Kristin is very approachable and because of her broad experience and background she is no stranger to both developing strategy and nuts and bolts execution. Lastly, Kristin leaves no challenge unanswered. Her positive energy and attitude are infectious and make working with her on demanding projects a pleasure.
Kristin Roberts is a highly skilled marketing and business development leader with more than a decade of experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies. She has spent more than six years at Phreesia, leading teams in business development, product marketing and market development. Prior to Phreesia, Kristin was a Senior Associate at Booz & Company, a management consulting group. Kristin is collaborative, insightful and effective, and she is adept at identifying new markets and developing products to ensure alignment with Phreesia’s overarching strategic goals. Her depth of experience and approachable demeanor has quickly afforded her opportunities to be a mentor to others and a role model to Phreesia’s early career employees.
Kristin is an amazing leader! She leads authentically, passionately and with the goal of meeting our business goals while developing those around her. She is a subject matter expert, cares deeply about developing and growing other women leaders within Phreesia and continually finds ways to improve how she/we do things. She has taken on new roles and leadership positions during her time at Phreesia and consistently exceeds expectations and ready to tackle the next big challenge. It has been such a pleasure to work with Kristin over the years and watch her develop into the incredible leader she is today. She is an asset to Phreesia in so many ways!
Kristin has always led by example. She has continuously supported new markets and software offerings throughout the 4 years we have worked together. The support I’m referencing can be anything from advocating for further development to meet partner needs to mentoring those who will have to be the face of the product as it goes to market. I have been lucky enough to be mentored by Kristin as we worked together to take her product to market with current clients, and the positive outlook and critical eye she brings to every meeting is motivating. Kristin has a drive/energy about her that makes you want to do your best everyday.
Kristin is a very strong listener and problem solver. She challenges her direct reports to grow their skills and deepen their knowledge of the market. She is also a very effective communicator, both internally and externally. She has a great rapport with her fellow colleagues and clients, and builds strong, positive relationships with partners. Kristin has made tremendous, positive impacts as a female leader within our organization, and is recognized consistently as a role model with achievements that others aspire to meet as they progress in their careers.
Kristin is an outstanding communicator – she has the ability distill and solve complex problems to articulate a vision that resonates both internally within Phreesia as well as externally with customers and partners. This has served her especially well as she helps expand and transform our SaaS organization. Kristin is also a straight shooter who sets clear objectives and expectations to hold her team and colleagues responsible. To top it all off, she truly builds up the women in our organization, both younger mentees and her colleagues.
I have worked with Kristin for over 5 years now on a multitude of projects and the trait that makes me look forward to every project we work on together is her complete unflappability. She is the epitome of cool. Problems and set-backs don’t faze her — they’re merely new wrinkles to be ironed out. Roadblocks don’t impress her — they’re just a reason to cut a new path. It makes her an effective and attractive leader because you know you’ll continue to move forward and no part of your project is going to fizzle out.
Kristin holds all the obvious traits and skills of top tier executive, but to me her key strength is her ability to motivate her team. Kristin always provides her team with both direction and context so they know the impact and vision behind their objective and this creates a collaborative, supportive environment that allows her to the get the most out the team she surrounds herself with. I consider myself lucky to collaborate with Kristin and unreservedly nominate her as a top leader in SaaS.
She has started many new teams/projects for Phreesia that have been related to corporate initiatives. She is always up for the challenge of something new and delivers results each time. She is a great coach and mentor. Her mentorship is sought out frequently across the organization. She is a thoughtful listener and gives sound career advice. She is well respected internally but also among our clients. She works to build relationships within Phreesia and among our clients and partners.
Kristin is an absolute joy to work with. From my first day on the job, actually, from the first interview I had with our team, she made me feel comfortable and welcome. Not only is she kind and fun to work with, but she is incredibly smart and a true leader at Phreesia. She is able to express her ideas and strategies in a way that encourages other people to share their input and feels inclusive. Kristin is very deserving of this recognition and I’m very happy to nominate her!
Kristin is always willing to dig in and figure out innovative solutions to problems the organization is facing. She is great at navigating tough/tense situations, coming up with innovative solutions, and she is able to persevere through many obstacles without getting defeated to achieve success. When I joined Phreesia 5 years ago, I didn’t know Kristin. But I immediately found her to be a valuable partner at Phreesia, and she quickly grew into a good friend, as well.
Kristin is an incredibly well respected leader both internally and externally.
