  1. Lori is my favorite colleague I’ve ever worked with in my 12 years in the tech world. She’s an incredible leader who has a knack for smooth collaboration in even the trickiest of environments. Compared to her peers, she takes accountability seriously and looks for solutions instead of pointing blame at a problem. She’s always focused on finding the most effective way to meet an end goal, and is truly adept at listening and giving solid advice. She is incredibly team-oriented and excels at relationship building. She is well respected within the entire company and people are actively looking for open roles on her team for the opportunity to work for and learn from her.

  2. I worked directly under Lori at InVision. Her biggest strength is that she demonstrates an unbelievable empathy for her employees and colleagues, beyond what I’ve ever seen. In addition to that, she has developed a wealth of experience unlike any I’ve ever seen, and is able to tap that experience at a moment’s notice to help solve whatever problem arises. It is hard to overstate how transformative she’s been to InVision, and helping us grow into the rocketship company we are today. She’s brought tremendous order, clarity, inspiration, and experience to the team and is by far the best boss I’ve ever had.

  3. Lori has a balance of a strategic mind and also manages with heart. I had the most unique and impactful interview process with her 6 months ago before I was hired. She talked to me about my personal life, goals and aspirations and felt very heart-centered, which is sorely lacking in this industry.

  4. Lori is particularly skilled in helping others unlock and uplevel their true strengths. Her strength as a leader is matched not only by her empathy for colleagues, but by her ability to build trust across the company. She is one of the best managers I’ve ever had, I’d work for her anytime!
