  1. Maribel is the enterprising female leader everyone wishes they worked for. They say that a rising tide lifts all ships and it’s her drive and determination that are her secret powers, her greatest strengths. She is not only driven and ambitious, but she leads with the kind of empathy that creates followership and inspires her team to perform at their best. It is that very drive that led her to complete a degree in Industrial Engineering where she was one of only 5 women in a program of 300 people. Drive led her to complete two degrees while balancing the responsibilities of being a single mother. Drive led her to move to the US with her 5-year-old son and complete her MBA, where she served as a graduate assistant in the IT department for the university. Maribel’s drive propelled her to succeed in a career and a role dominated by men. It’s what helped her to join Examsoft and contribute to be the beacon of the executive team that led 2 successful acquisitions at and 1 significant round of funding at The Predictive Index (PI,) where she most recently helped to secure a $50MM round from invest capital giant General Catalyst and currently holds the title SVP of Operations. She oversees four key functional areas including customer success, customer and partner service, business intelligence and business systems. At PI, Maribel continues to leverage her extensive experience with operations, data and systems to improve the way they do business at PI with the goal of creating maximum value for their customers. It’s Maribel’s drive, determination, and commitment to excellence that have helped her to mentor and build one of the strongest teams at PI. At PI, she focuses on coaching women in the workforce, spending one-on-one time with her mentees, forming meaningful connections and interactions, and ensuring success for her mentees at PI and beyond.
