Martha joined Cogito Corporation in 2017 as Head of Business Development. Cogito uses behavioral science and AI to analyze 100% of phone conversations and provide real-time guidance to help agents build rapport and have more effective conversations with customers.Previously, she was a Vice President Business Development at Verbi, Inc and before that a Vice President Business Development at National Protective Systems, Inc. Earlier in her career she worked with Benefit Kitchen: Serving a Better Life as a National Director Sales and Marketing.
She graduated from American University with an undergraduate degree in Public Administration.
Martha Sager is the Head of Business Development at Cogito, a leading provider of AI solutions for enterprise customer service teams. The solution is helping thousands of call center agents in many of the world’s leading companies such as MetLife and Humana — deliver world-class service. Martha is an accomplished executive that is highly respected across the AI and customer experience industries. At Cogito, her responsibilities include managing all initial outreach to prospective customers via research, webinars, campaigns, conferences and speaking engagements – an integral leader in the company’s planning and execution of strategies to increase sales and company growth. She is passionate about creating lasting trusted relationships with prospects, customers, partners and co-workers. An earnest listener, she seeks to develop differentiated business strategies. At these companies she was responsible for creating a market for their new services/capabilities, generating sales revenues and directing nationwide expansion strategies. Martha would say that the common denominator at all of the companies she’s supported throughout her career is that the product or service served to first benefit frontline employees, and in so doing, positively impacted the corporation’s bottom line.
