Nina joined AskNicely in 2019 as VP of Marketing. AskNicely is customer feedback software that helps businesses improve customer experience and accelerate growth using the Net Promoter Score (NPS) framework.

Previously, she was a Senior Vice President of Marketing at Act-On Software and before that a Head of Field, Partner, Customer Engagement Marketing at Finastra. Earlier in her career she worked with D+H as a Vice President of Marketing, Global Lending Solutions.

She graduated from University of the West of England with MSc, International Management and Georgetown University with an undergraduate degree in Sociology.

  2. Nina is an extremely strong leader who leads by example. She is always willing to hop in on any projects to assist in any way possible and is extremely collaborative. She possesses a thoughtful strategic vision for our marketing efforts and is extremely communicative and transparent with the wider team. This has allowed us to establish clear action items and projects that need to be accomplished in order for us to reach our goals. I also appreciate the thought and care she has for her employees – I always feel as if she is looking out for us and is a strong advocate for the marketing team. I couldn’t ask for more in a leader!
