Nina joined AskNicely in 2019 as VP of Marketing. AskNicely is customer feedback software that helps businesses improve customer experience and accelerate growth using the Net Promoter Score (NPS) framework.

Previously, she was a Senior Vice President of Marketing at Act-On Software and before that a Head of Field, Partner, Customer Engagement Marketing at Finastra. Earlier in her career she worked with D+H as a Vice President of Marketing, Global Lending Solutions.

She graduated from University of the West of England with MSc, International Management and Georgetown University with an undergraduate degree in Sociology.
