Roderick joined TempBuddy in 2019 as Founder. Bullhorn is the global leader in software for the recruitment industry.

Previously, he was a Director at Chemical Systems Control and before that a CEO - TempBuddy & Chief Strategy Officer at Erecruit. Earlier in his career he worked with Bond International Software as a Group Chief Product & Strategy Officer.

He graduated from Dublin City University with an undergraduate degree in Computer.
