Ruchi joined HackerEarth in 2020 as Vice President Delivery and Customer Experience.

Previously, she was a Director, Intelligent Customer Support at Embibe and before that a Head of APAC- Enterprise Support at Linkedin. Earlier in her career she worked with HCL Technologies BPO Services as an Assistant Manager - New work Migration and Change Management.

She graduated from Delhi University with an undergraduate degree in Commerce.
