Sejal Pietrzak was the CEO and President of DealerSocket. She first joined the company in 2017. DealerSocket transforms the automotive experience with innovations and unparalleled service that helps our customers grow and serve their customers.

Previously, Pietrzak was a chief administrative officer at ACTIVE Network, LLC and before that a VP of consumer credit group at Wells Fargo. Earlier in her career she worked with the US Chamber of Commerce as an executive director.

Pietrzak earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Pennsylvania – The Wharton School and an undergraduate degree in international relations from William & Mary.



  1. Sejal joined DealerSocket as president and CEO in August 2017, bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience in global, fast-paced industries. As a leader of a SaaS company, Sejal’s passion for technology is evident, with a strong focus on operational excellence and on building software that is innovative and easy to use. During her tenure Sejal has demonstrated that one of her top priorities is the health and happiness of DealerSocket’s employees. She prioritizes transparent communications with a weekly all hands-on meeting to keep employees informed and engaged. In these meetings, she shares companywide news, objectives, key results, and success stories. In 2020 Sejal launched a diversity, equity and inclusion program and oversaw the formation of SocketWomen, a mentoring program for female employees. She expresses gratitude to her employees by giving them several “bonus” company-wide days off (in addition to holidays), so they can rest and re-energize. Sejal also initiated SocketProps and Hustle Awards, programs that recognize and spiff employees for going the extra mile. Sejal also has a customer-focused philosophy that encourages employees to take excellent care of DealerSocket’s customers. Employees who go above and beyond in customer care receive the White Glove award that reflects the goal of delivering white-glove service. During the pandemic, DealerSocket discounted its products and services for customers and provided several new products for no charge. In addition to the culture initiatives she has established, Sejal has led the successful acquisition of Auto/Mate, a major player in the highly competitive dealership management system (DMS) software segment. In the last year, DealerSocket’s software engineering teams were challenged to not only seamlessly integrate the two systems, but to develop enhancements that could help customers through a major transition in how consumers purchase cars. The COVID-19 pandemic spurred the rapid development of new software tools to enable auto dealerships to deliver an online purchasing process for their customers. Sejal prioritized the development of these software solutions designed to help dealers through the transition. As a result, in 2020, several new products were rolled out to dealership customers at no cost to them, including PrecisePrice digital retailing tool, eDEAL remote signing software, and a remote service and parts payment tool.
