Since joining Alert Logic in 2018 as Chief Services Officer, she’s continued to apply her expertise and passion for operational excellence, transforming Alert Logic’s approach to customer success. She’s done this by establishing a “customer obsessed” culture and realigning divisions to enable 360-degree visibility into customer deployments to ensure industry-leading cyber attack protection. In two short years, Sydna has reimagined how Alert Logic delivers the value of Alert Logic’s Security Operations Center (SOC) to customers, thereby redefining the customer experience. She has sharpened Alert Logic’s focus on customer success by implementing a new, hyper-focused Success Operations practice, consolidating four teams into a net-new Customer Success division with a unified vision of relentless customer obsession. She’s also implemented holistic customer-support teams with 360-degree knowledge of and visibility into the customers’ environment, and acting as a trusted advisor from onboarding through daily operations. Today, teams at Alert Logic are more aligned than ever with a customer-obsessed mindset and a clear understanding of how to deliver on the promise of customer success. Her dedication to customers, encouraging outside-the-box-thinking from her team members, and encouraging those with diverse views and experiences to provide input into processes and product development create a well-rounded and diverse team that consistently delivers for Alert Logic customers.
