Tav Tepfer began her professional career over 25 years ago. Today, she is the Chief Customer Officer of Jabmo. Jabmo built the whole solution for modern B2B marketing. It powers global manufacturers’ ABM programs driving engagement, pipeline, and revenue.

Tepfer first got her start in 1996 as a director of sales at PFSweb. From there, she went on to i2 Technologies, before eventually rising to director of sales, global strategic accounts at Docurated, her most recent position prior to joining Jabmo.

Tepfer graduated from Texas Woman’s University with an undergraduate degree in mathematics.

Regardless of the vertical, SaaS can be complex, and selling it comes down to being able to disrupt the customers’ current thinking and teaching them something new that they can apply to their business. Account-based marketing (ABM) is a new concept that for many in the life sciences and manufacturing industries is difficult to understand. One of Tav Tepfer’s key strengths is her ability to discuss complex customer problems and teach new solutions in a simple, easy-to-understand way. That’s one of the reasons she was selected to lead the global sales and customer success teams at Jabmo, a leading SaaS vendor in the fast-growing ABM space. Tav has led Jabmo to double in size over the last couple of years. Under Tepfer’s leadership, Jabmo has won a multitude of awards, such as the Gold Stevie Award at the 2021 Annual International Business Awards, Organization of the Year at the 2021 Sales and Marketing Technology Awards, and named a leader in ABM for manufacturers by Forrester twice in recent years. Tepfer has exceptional leadership skills. She manages sales and customer success teams on a global scale from Austin, TX to Mauritius to France. She is dedicated to hiring, motivating and supporting women in their careers, bringing out the best in everyone to grow and succeed together. Tepfer empowers women daily, helping them understand they have unique skills for business—like attention to detail, perseverance and strong work ethics. Over the last 10 years, she has also been an active volunteer for Urban Roots who “cultivates leadership skills through food and farming to transform the lives of young people and inspire, engage, and nourish the community.” These strengths led her to closing the largest deal in the history of her former SaaS employers, including Oracle, Evant (acquired by Manhattan), Profit logic (acquired by Oracle), Zilliant, and Docurated (acquired by Quark). She was consistently the top sales rep at PFSweb, i2, Evant, ProfitLogic, Zilliant and Docurated. Tav Tepfer is a leader in communicating the value behind new SaaS companies, leading her teams to reach higher levels, and supporting women in the industry along the way.
