Ximena joined Phone2Action in 2012 as Co-Founder. Phone2Action is a comprehensive digital engagement and communications platform for grassroots advocacy, public affairs, and government relations.

Previously, she was a National Director of Outreach at StudentsFirst and before that a Chief of Staff of the City Administrator at District of Columbia Government. Earlier in her career she worked with Executive Cabinet of Mayor Adrian Fenty as a Director Department of Parks and Recreation.

She graduated from The George Washington University with Doctorate in Administration and Policy and Universidad de La Serena with an undergraduate degree in Secondary Education and Teaching.
