Paula Hansen, President and Chief Revenue Officer


Paula Hansen is the president and chief revenue officer (CRO) of Alteryx and is responsible for leading the global go-to-market (GTM) organization, which includes worldwide sales, systems engineering, partners/alliances, marketing, customer success and services, customer support functions and industry-specific GTM initiatives. With more than 25 years of leadership experience with high-growth market expansion, business model evolution, partner ecosystems and customer success, Paula is instrumental in driving Alteryx into its next phase of growth. Additionally, Paula’s track record of recruiting, hiring and promoting strong leaders across the globe, and building high-performing teams with strong employee engagement, trust, followership and retention are key as Alteryx continues to scale globally.


Prior to joining Alteryx, Paula was the CRO of SAP Customer Experience where she led the global sales strategy, GTM operations and customer success. Her team served more than 10,000 customers across 150 countries and grew the business to $1 billion of annual recurring revenue in 2020, SAP’s fastest growing cloud portfolio. Before joining SAP in 2019, Paula served as vice president of Cisco’s Global Enterprise organization, a $2B business focused on digital transformation enablement for global enterprise customers across a variety of industries. Paula has served on the board of directors for Darktrace plc, a cybersecurity software provider, since January 2024 and previously served on the board of directors of Qualtrics, the leading provider of experience management (NASDAQ: XM) solutions, from December 2020 to May 2021.


Paula holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.


Suresh Vittal, Chief Product Officer


Suresh Vittal is the chief product officer (CPO) of Alteryx and is responsible for the strategic vision of Alteryx’s leading analytics and data science innovation. Suresh leads the Product Management, Engineering and Development organizations, playing a critical role in the company’s cloud, data science and analytics automation product strategy. His experience driving cloud transformation for leading software companies is helping Alteryx make machine learning and artificial intelligence easily accessible to citizen users.


Suresh embraces a product-led growth strategy and drives an innovation agenda focused on delighting customers and accelerating their transformation journeys. With over 20 years of experience at various size and stage companies, Suresh has led teams across platform and product strategy, product marketing, pricing, packaging and go-to-market strategy. Most recently, he was responsible for overseeing product management, product marketing and go-to-market strategy for Adobe’s Digital Experience business, including Adobe Experience Cloud, one of the most comprehensive sets of applications helping brands drive digital transformation.


Suresh joined Adobe through the company’s acquisition of Neolane in 2013, where he served as chief product officer. Before Neolane, he was instrumental in building and scaling the Customer Intelligence practice at Forrester Research, where his research agenda focused on enterprise marketing technologies, database marketing strategies and customer analytics. Prior to joining Forrester in 2006, Suresh spent several years working at SPSS and NetGenesis. An industry thought-leader, Suresh regularly speaks on digital marketing, cross-channel campaign management, the intersection of data and creativity and the future of real-time enterprises.


Suresh holds a master’s degree in business administration from Greenwich College, The University of Hull in the United Kingdom, as well as a master’s degree of science in computer information systems from Bentley College.

Dean Stoecker co-founded our company and is the Executive Chairman of the Board. Dean co-founded Alteryx in 1997 and led the company as CEO through October 2020, achieving solid organic growth and a successful IPO in March 2017.


Dean’s leadership and motivational skills, along with his ability to create, communicate, and realize a vision, were a driving force behind the company’s 20+ year success. The company’s historical performance is a direct result of the company’s ability to execute on delivering a transformational experience to customers of all sizes, and Dean’s unique vision and strategy around empowering every worker, regardless of technical acumen, to transform their data into actionable insights and drive meaningful business impact.


Dean serves as advisor to entrepreneurs and is an active philanthropist, creating the Alteryx for Good program to bring the thrill of solving real-world problems to nonprofits, educators, and local communities. Dean is passionate about humanizing the world of data science and analytics, which is evident in the company’s culture, extensive resources for continued education, and efforts to influence social change. Before co-founding Alteryx, Dean held various sales and business leadership roles at Strategic Mapping and Dun & Bradstreet. Dean earned his MBA from Pepperdine University and his undergraduate degree in international business from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
