David Keane, Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
With more than 20 years of B2B and B2C technology experience, David Keane is on a mission to help global brands shape the buying experience of the future through AI-powered sales enablement solutions. His vision and leadership guided Bigtincan on its meteoric rise from 2010 startup to a publicly-traded market leader surpassing $100m in revenue in 2021. Prior to Bigtincan, Keane founded Quadtel Asia in Singapore and Veritel Wireless in Australia and had previously run intentional operations for Web startup Kgrind.com, growing and managing their business over three continents. Originally from Australia, Keane earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the Australian National University and an M.A. in Management from Macquarie University.
Patrick Welch, President
Patrick Welch is responsible for executing go-to-market strategies across Bigtincan’s sales, marketing, partners, support, and services departments. His growth-oriented mindset helped lead the company from 2010 startup to a publicly-traded market leader surpassing $130m in revenue in 2023. Before joining Bigtincan in 2012, Welch served as the VP of Worldwide Sales at Apperian, a Kleiner Perkins and Bessemer-backed leader in the mobile application management space. Prior to Apperian, Welch held a critical role in the success of Netegrity, a creator of identity and access security software. He was also key to the rise of Aveksa, an identity and access management pioneer, while responsible for approximately 5,000% growth before the company’s eventual exit to RSA for $250m. Welch is passionate about his family and transformational technology that can change the lives of humans for the better. He is a 1993 graduate of Providence College, where he also earned an M.B.A. in Marketing and Business Administration.
Jennifer Monkiewicz, Chief People Officer
Jenn Monkiewicz is an influential HR Executive with more than 20 years of combined experience building and leading human resource strategy across domestic and global organizations. Jenn serves on the executive senior leadership team, partnering with the CEO and Board of Directors in formulating a long range strategic vision. She has an extensive background providing thought leadership and vital organizational insight into key business drivers. She is adept in aligning people and culture with business goals and objectives as well as meeting the needs and aspirations of a diverse global workforce.

Pam Dearen, SVP Marketing
As Senior Vice President of Marketing, Pam Dearen is responsible for driving revenue growth and enhancing brand reputation by aligning marketing efforts with the company’s overarching business objectives. Pam has served as a leader in the tech industry for more than 25 years, successfully navigating mergers, divestitures and acquisitions of enormous size and consequence – including the incorporation of her Marketing organization at Electronic Data Systems (EDS) into Hewlett Packard. She has a history of transformation, leading the way into Digital Marketing and delivering Sales & Marketing enablement solutions pre-dating the official category of Enablement. After more than 20 years in enterprise IT and leading Marketing for a Silicon Valley start-up, she joined Bigtincan in 2020 to be a part of taking the company to the next level. During her tenure, Pam has established Bigtincan as a dominant and growing player in the market during the company’s explosion of growth from $35M to over $100M.

Tom Amos
Tom Amos is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Bigtincan and Chairman of the Board. In addition, he is Managing Director of emerging digital presence company dLook Pty Ltd, a Director of Ambertech Ltd (ASX:AMO) and a director of Wave link Systems pty Limited. Mr. Amos also holds the patent for the dLook cross media multichannel marketing systems. He has a BE (Electrical Engineering) from The University of Sydney.
Amos has over thirty years of intense involvement and management in the telecommunications, publishing, and related digital technology industries, through a period of unprecedented technological and regulatory change. He actively develops private technology companies to grow and gain access to resources offered by public markets both in Australia and internationally.
Wayne Stevenson
Wayne Stevenson joined the Board of Bigtincan as an Independent Non-Executive Director in October 2016, bringing expertise in the financial services industry. He has over 35 years’ experience in banking and financial services where he held a number of senior positions with ANZ Banking Group including various CFO roles over a period of 15 years involving significant acquisitions, restructures and divestments.
Stevenson’s board credentials are primarily from financial services organisations across Australia and Asia Pacific. More recently this experience expanded to media and entertainment through his board roles with QMS Media and Mediaworks Holdings NZ Ltd. His other current Non-Executive Director roles comprise Credit Union Australia Ltd and Cuscal Ltd. Mr. Stevenson has a BCom in Accounting, is a Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
David Keane
David Keane is Chief Executive Officer & Executive Director at Bigtincan. He was a pioneer in the mobile applications sector starting in 2008 with the release of the first iPhone SDK and oversaw the development, promotion and expansion of heavily downloaded apps including BuzzMe and AdFree.
Now with Bigtincan, David is taking his experience in enterprise and adding his knowledge of how mobility works to drive the mobile productivity revolution, with a goal of helping workers all over the world to make the most of their mobile device.
Keane started in the networking and communications market with Utah and California-based Novell running Asian marketing for Boston- based Wellfleet Communications, Inc. then grew the business for California-based Xylan Corp. in Australia and New Zealand. Subsequently, he founded Veritel Wireless Pty Ltd which grew within three years to be one of the largest providers of wireless internet in Australia. Veritel was then sold to BigAir Australia Pty Ltd (now Superloop Ltd) on its path to ASX-listing.
Inese Kingsmill
Appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director in October 2021, Inese Kingsmill has an executive career spanning a broad spectrum of leadership positions with Microsoft, Telstra and Virgin Australia. Growth and transformation have been constant themes of her career. As a non-executive director she currently serves on the boards of ASX-listed NobleOak Life Ltd and is Chair of Hipages Group Holdings. She has previously served as non-executive director on the boards of Rhipe Limited, Spirit Technologies Group, WorkVentures Limited and was Chair of the Australian Association of National Advertisers(AANA).
Kingsmill holds a Bachelor of Business and has completed an Executive Program in Digital Transformation at the MIT Sloan School of Management and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Bigtincan is the only dedicated sales enablement vendor that is publicly traded. Bigtincan Holdings Limited (ASX: BTH) is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). The company went public in 2017.
In June 2024, Bigtincan announced an accelerated pro-rata non-renounceable entitlement offer to raise a total of approximately A$20.5m (“Equity Raising”). This equity raise allows Bigtincan to invest in its ongoing program of developing and deploying the GenieAI suite of AI products and the continued build of its business and global market opportunity. Proceeds of the Equity Raising are being used to fund investments in core AI technology, data infrastructure related to provisioning of GeneiAI technology, market awareness and development, working capital and transaction costs.
