Steve Lucas, Chief Executive Officer
Steve Lucas is a multi-time CEO with 27 years of leadership experience in enterprise software. He has held CEO and senior executive roles at some of the world’s leading cloud organizations, including Marketo, iCIMS, Adobe, SAP, Salesforce and BusinessObjects. Lucas led both Marketo and iCIMS’ growth and transformation as CEO, driving successful multi-billion-dollar acquisitions and billion-dollar strategic investments for both organizations.
As the CEO of iCIMS, Lucas drove growth and profitability through product innovation and five strategic acquisitions over a three-year period. He established iCIMS’ position as the world’s leading talent acquisition cloud platform, as well as launched an entirely new product line, the Talent Cloud for recruiting that enables 40% of the Fortune 100 to hire millions of people every year. In 2022, Lucas led a billion-dollar investment round in iCIMS from TA Associates, along with Vista Equity partners, nearly tripling the valuation of the business.
At Marketo, Lucas accelerated double-digit growth and profitability, leading the take-private turnaround of the company, which resulted in a $4.75B acquisition by Adobe in 2018, the largest acquisition at the time in Adobe’s history. Lucas drove a complete transformation of the sales, marketing and product portfolio for the business, more than tripling the value of the business and doubling recurring revenue in a 24-month period.
Prior to joining Marketo in 2016, Lucas was President of SAP’s Platform & Analytics Products globally, including SAP’s HANA, PaaS, Database, Analytics, Data Integration and IoT businesses.
As a type 1 diabetic, he dedicates time to raising awareness, education and funds to find a cure. He has served on the boards of the American Diabetes Association and Children’s Diabetes Foundation, where he speaks to youth about managing their diabetes and overcoming obstacles.
Lucas holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Colorado, is a published author of several books, and serves on multiple philanthropic and education boards.
Madeline Ling, Chief Financial Officer
Madeline Ling is the Chief Financial Officer of Boomi. She brings nearly 25 years of experience leading equity-backed, global enterprise organizations through strategic and international growth.
Madeline has held multiple CFO roles throughout her career, including international assignments overseas. She has also served as corporate CFO for a Hellman and Friedman (H&F) PE-backed portfolio company, and held previous roles at VMware, Dell EMC, The Boston Consulting Group, and Intel.
Madeline holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from UCLA, and a MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Neil Kole, Chief Information Officer
Neil Kole is Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Boomi, responsible for overseeing the company’s critical IT infrastructure and customer service platforms. He brings more than 20 years of expertise across a variety of IT functions, including support of engineering, security initiatives, network/IT infrastructure, and applications.
Neil comes to Boomi from Cadence Design Systems, where he was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, leading the global Information Technology and Workplace Resources organizations while leveraging SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS over traditional applications and infrastructure and maximizing the scalability, security, and reliability of world-class solutions. Prior to Cadence Design Systems, Neil served as Vice President of IT at Informatica, and held senior IT roles at VMware, Intuit, and Symantec. Neil has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Management from University of San Francisco.
Ed Macosky, Chief Innovation Officer
Ed Macosky is the Chief Innovation Officer at Boomi (CINO). He has more than 15 years of experience building high performing agile teams, designing and launching new software and service products, solution delivery and customer retention. Ed works to establish and execute Boomi’s product vision and roadmap – delivering an intelligent, flexible and scalable integration platform that accelerates business outcomes by making information, interactions and innovations flow faster.
Prior to joining Boomi in early 2019, Ed spent almost five years at Oracle, where he served as Vice President of Middleware/PaaS DevOps & Release Engineering. Prior to Oracle, he spent some time at Dell. In addition, starting in 2003, Ed spent more than seven years at Boomi during the formative years of the company.
Named one of the Top 25 Software Product Executives of 2022, Ed studied Information Technology at Penn State and holds two U.S. patents for integrating software systems.
Shawn Maurice, Chief Human Resources Officer
Shawn Maurice is Chief Human Resources Officer for Boomi, where she is responsible for developing and executing the human resources strategy in support of Boomi’s business plan and strategic direction. Shawn brings to Boomi nearly 25 years of experience in HR leadership roles. Before joining Boomi, Shawn served as Human Resources Vice President at Dell Technologies, where she led the Dell HR Rotation Program (HRRP), designed to hire MS/MBA and Undergraduate HR talent from top tier universities with a focus on developing future HR professionals. Additional strategic relationships and HR oversight at Dell included Global Commercial Marketing, Global Consumer Sales and Marketing, Global Operations, Materials and Logistics as well as the launch of new site start-ups globally for Manufacturing and Sales Operations.
Shawn’s career spans many prior HR areas of expertise, including executive talent acquisition, culture, compensation and HR Business Partner roles.
Christopher Port, Chief Operating Officer
Christopher (Chris) Port is Chief Operating Officer of Boomi, responsible for Support, Services, Success and Strategy functions within the company. Chris led the Dell acquisition of Boomi in 2011 and was responsible for the company’s integration and growth post-acquisition.
Previously, Chris was a General Manager within Dell Software’s Systems Management Business Unit, where he was one of the first Dell Software team members when the organization was formed. Chris brings to Boomi a diverse background, and his Dell career has spanned software, corporate strategy, corporate development, operations and finance.
Prior to Dell, Chris was a senior manager at Kurt Salmon Associates, a global consultancy focused on the retail and consumer products sectors, and spent a year living abroad in Japan.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Duke University.
Marcy Campbell, Chief Revenue Officer
Marcy Campbell is the Chief Revenue Officer of Boomi. She brings over 30 years of experience leading large-scale, go-to-market organizations for global companies ranging from Fortune 500 to venture-backed technology firms. She most recently served as senior vice president at PayPal where she led global sales, professional services, and operations. At Boomi, Marcy spearheads the company’s revenue-generating strategies with a focus on driving fast growth, while continuing to deliver customer value.
Marcy serves on the Board of Directors for marketing analytics company NextRoll, and Code Climate, a private company that provides engineering insight platforms. She is also on the Board of Advisors for the Asian University for Women, and a mentor for the Cherie Blair Foundation.
Marcy holds a degree from the University of Hartford, was a National Regent Scholar and most recently a Member of the Board of Regents.
Rajesh Raheja, Chief Engineering Officer
Rajesh Raheja is Senior Chief Engineering Officer (CEngO) at Boomi and brings more than 20 years of enterprise software and integration experience to grow and lead a world-class team that translates high-level product vision into tactical execution.
Rajesh joined Boomi in 2019 following nearly four years at CA Technologies (now Broadcom) heading global engineering and technology strategy for industry leading Layer7 API Management products. Prior to that, Rajesh spent over 18 years at Oracle in various leadership roles across divisions to deliver many integration platforms, including architecting the now market-leading Integration Cloud iPaaS from its inception. At both companies, he set organizational DevOps standards for onboarding on-premise products as operationally efficient public cloud services.
Rajesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in computer engineering from University of Bombay, five US patents on enterprise cloud deployments and iPaaS; and SCPM, CSM and PMC-II certifications.
Shannon Roth, Chief Customer Success Officer
Shannon is the Chief Customer Success Officer of Boomi, where she is responsible for the renewals, success, and retention of over 15,000 customers. She is a customer-focused executive known for aligning technology and business strategies with customers’ needs.
Previously, Shannon led Boomi’s global system integrator channel and developed Boomi’s OEM and software alliance business. She joined Boomi in 2011 following a 12-year career at SunGard Higher Education, where she held roles in partnerships and alliances, marketing, HR, and IT. In total, Shannon brings over 20 years of sales, strategic alliances, account management, and leadership experience to her role.
Shannon earned her B.S. in Management Sciences and Information Systems (MSIS) from Pennsylvania State University and her Master of Business Administration from Villanova University.
Ron Zollman, Chief Legal & Compliance Officer & Secretary
Ron Zollman is the Chief Legal Officer of Boomi, where he is responsible for legal and compliance leadership for Boomi, worldwide, including a wide array of commercial transactions, regulatory and legal matters and coordinating the company’s global legal team.
Ron has practiced law for over 30 years and his experience includes serving two federal judges, working in private practice on complex legal matters, trying multiple cases, and serving as General Counsel & Secretary of Iomega Corporation, Associate General Counsel of EMC Corporation, and board chair or a board member for at least five other organizations. Ron is on the Board of the National Homelessness Law Center, and the Board of Governors of U.C. Hastings Law School. Ron was previously honored as the global MVP of Boomi for his impact on the business and, as one of San Diego’s top in-house lawyers by the San Diego Daily Transcript and the San Diego Business Journal.
Ron graduated from Hastings College of the Law with honors, earned his B.A. in economics from UCLA, and was once a dessert chef and Daily Bruin reporter.
