Mike Lamb, Chief Executive Officer


Mike’s experience of success and growth place Clearwave in a strong position to continue solving its client’s problems – reducing patient and staff workload, providing excellent patient experience and accelerating revenue collection. Mike Lamb brings a strong background of executive leadership in technology and digital healthcare. He spent more than 20 years at ADP in senior sales and operations leadership across major and global client segments, followed by seven years as COO and then CEO of Viverae/SimplyWell, an employer wellness company. As Division Vice President and General Manager at ADP, Mike was responsible for 17,000 clients at their southeast service center, generating over $260 million in revenue. Later, under his leadership as Division Vice President of Implementation, his teams launched more than 1,000 client implementations annually, producing $450 million in total recurring revenue. Under his leadership at Viverae/SimplyWell, the company tripled revenues and clients.


Brian Rubin, Chief Financial Officer


Brian has over 30 years’ experience working in the healthcare industry in finance as well as operational roles. Prior to joining Clearwave, Brian served as Vice President of Finance at Press Ganey Associates, a leader in helping organizations transform the care experience. Additionally, Brian served in leadership positions for 10 years at R1 RCM (formerly Accretive Health). Prior to his time at R1 RCM, Brian served in management roles at Huron Consulting Group, as well as Ernst & Young LLP, enabling healthcare clients to make optimal financial and operational decisions.


Brian Stone, Chief Strategy Officer & Co-Founder


Brian brings a wealth of knowledge to Clearwave, including more than 35 years of executive experience in the healthcare industry. Before joining Clearwave, Brian served as CEO of MDexchange, an enterprise and communitywide, web-based patient record and communication system. As one of the original founders and investors in MDexchange, Brian possesses a great deal of knowledge on the complexities of integrating with numerous healthcare stakeholders. His experience also includes the development and sale of two national outpatient imaging companies, Signal Medical Services and LINC Scientific Imaging. Brian has served on the board of Jvion, LLC, a predictive analytics company, since its inception in 2012.


Kristen Bryant, VP of Marketing


Kristen Bryant leads all marketing and sales development efforts to drive Clearwave’s growth and market leadership as a modern patient engagement platform. With more than ten years of experience in creating and implementing ROI-based marketing strategies for technology and software companies, Kristen brings deep expertise to her role, backed by a proven track record. Prior to joining Clearwave, Bryant was Vice President of Demand Generation for Net Health, where she managed all marketing and sales development efforts to drive the company’s expansion. Bryant’s healthcare background includes over a decade of healthcare information technology experience in management, business development, sales operations, marketing and M&A integrations. In addition to Net Health, Bryant held positions at Optima Healthcare Solutions and McKesson Corporation.


Saji Rajasekharan, Chief Technology Officer


Saji owns the role of overseeing Clearwave’s ongoing technological performance, growth and evolution. He spent over 12 years at Premier, and prior to those 10 years at Cognizant. In his experience he has set strategic direction for and delivered various digital solutions, ran business planning, and prioritized competing priorities across various business lines. He has also built high performance cloud-based analytics offerings, SaaS products in the clinical intelligence, Supply chain, retail, and regulatory domains; established software engineering practices and ran large portfolios and managed integration of multiple acquisitions into enterprise teams. Along the way Saji has worked with multiple cultures, collaborating with global executives managing large onsite-offshore teams, third party, joint venture partners and vendors, Implemented enterprise practices in Information Security, Data Standards & Privacy, Infrastructure, Data Center Operations, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and International Technical Operations.


Bill Otten, Chief Revenue Officer 


Bill is responsible for driving Clearwave’s revenue growth, identifying strategic opportunities for business expansion, deepening customer relationships and scaling the sales organization to fulfill the increasing demand for Clearwave’s patient engagement solutions. Prior to his role at HealthEquity, he served as Vice President of Sales, Added Value Services, and held multiple other executive sales positions during his 14-year tenure at Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP), the global leader in outsourced Human Capital Management Services. Earlier in his career, Bill co-founded financial services firm Interlink Capital, where he served in the roles of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
