Trevor Kaufman, CEO
Trevor Kaufman is the CEO of Piano. He is a creative executive with an extensive track record of building great brands and profitable business in media and technology. Kaufman first got his start in 1993 as a director of internet operations at The Voyager Company. From there, he went on to KPE, before eventually rising to CEO at Tinypass, his most recent position prior to joining Piano.
Kaufman graduated from University of Virginia with an undergraduate degree in English and economics.
Sven Adler, CFO
Sven Adler is the Chief Financial Officer at Piano. Adler is a C-Suite Corporate Executive and Strategic Thinker in Software and Technology, with almost 20 years of professional career, cultivating an expertise in high and exponential growth areas, while strengthening and streamlining financial operations to drive down costs. He has proven his ability to provide valuable perspective to executive leadership and assist in setting the vision, focus, goals, and strategies that produce unprecedented outcomes – as high as 20% annually. As such he has been frequently tapped to take on profit challenges with an emphasis on generating the highest ROI and delivering aggressive cost savings. He received an award from the Philadelphia Business Journal in 2021 as CFO of the Year for delivering unprecedented outcome during COVID, while preparing the organization with the Digital Transformation for the next phase.
Previously, Adler was a Corporate Vice President at Qlik and before that a SVP and Chief Financial Officer at Ricoh North America. Earlier in his career he worked with Rhein Chemie as a controller.
Ashley Deibert, Chief Marketing Officer
Ashley Deibert is the Chief Marketing Officer of Piano. Deibert is a global Chief Marketing Officer with success in companies ranging from $5M to $100M in the SaaS and Ad Tech industries, across North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC. She’s managed revenue targets of up to $20M and operational budgets of up to $6M, mentored teams of up to 30 employees, and established the infrastructure that has repeatedly resulted in accelerated performance, stock valuation growth, and successful shareholder exits.
Before joining Piano, Deibert was an SVP of Marketing and Sales at Taplytics and before that an SVP of Global Marketing at Grapeshot. Earlier in her career she worked with HealthMedia as a marketing communications manager. Deibert graduated from University of Michigan with an undergraduate degree in communications and marketing.
Kweli Washington, COO
Kweli Washington is the COO of Piano. Washington first got his start in 2000 as a project leader at The Boston Consulting Group. From there, he went on to Summer Search, before eventually rising to host at Counterculture Television, his most recent position prior to joining Piano.
Washington graduated from Harvard University with an undergraduate degree in social studies and anthropology.
Tim Dirrenberger, CTO
Tim Dirrenberger is the CTO of Piano, which he first joined in 2015. Previously, Dirrenberger was a technical director at Dynamo Player and before that a software development manager at AfriConnect. Earlier in his career he worked with C-bridge as a software development consultant.
Dirrenberger graduated from University of Michigan.
