Key Executives

Gary Noke, President & Chief Executive Officer


Gary joined PrismHR in 2012. In his first year, Gary helped facilitate substantial company growth, and was the key driver in completing two acquisitions and one divestiture. In January 2014, Gary was promoted to President. He is responsible for the organization’s growth strategy, including strategic planning, alliances, new business development, key corporate initiatives and fund-raising.


Prior to joining PrismHR, Gary held a number of senior management roles in SaaS and Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) companies. Most recently he served as the Vice-President of Global Corporate Sales at Bullhorn, Inc., a Boston-based provider of cloud-based applicant tracking and recruitment software for the staffing industry. Gary has held Executive roles at Veritude (a Fidelity Company), Tac Worldwide (now Advantage, a Cerberus Company) and Salesnet (now part of Oracle). Gary holds a B.A. in Economics from Hamilton College.


Kevin Andrews, President of Technology


Kevin Andrews is a seasoned entrepreneur who brings a new dimension to PrismHR with his experience starting, managing, and scaling product technology organizations.


Keven has spent 20+ years building HR technology solutions for some of the biggest brands in the industry. Hew was the co-founder and President/CEO of SmartBen, which was acquired by Hodges-Mace in 2014.


Kevin then took the lead as President and CTO of Hodges-Mace until 2019 when it was acquired by Alight Solutions. Kevin became CTO-Benefits and was responsible for Alight’s client-facing software solutions in the Health and Wealth space, which services 30 million participants representing 70% of the Fortune 100 and 50% of the Fortune 500 businesses.


Tim Pratte, President, HRO


Tim Pratte is President, HRO at PrismHR. For the last 21 years, Tim has helped thousands of business owners reduce overall labor costs and provide improved benefit options for their employees through innovative technology, multiple strategies, cost saving techniques, and expert advice to streamline business processes.


He graduated Summa cum laude from The University of Tampa with a degree in Economics and served as the President and CEO of Questco Companies in Houston, Texas.


Michelle Lanter Smith, President, Corporate HCM


Michelle Lanter Smith is President, HCM Direct at PrismHR, where she is responsible for setting HCM Direct business strategy and overseeing sales, operations, new account implementation, ongoing account management, and service delivery.


Michelle joined PrismHR through the acquisition of EPAY Systems, where she served as Chief Marketing Officer. In addition to directing EPAY’s go-to-market strategy, she was responsible for the company’s customer success, technical and payroll support operations, and product management. During her tenure, EPAY grew 20% year over year, maintained a 98% customer retention rate, and garnered numerous awards, including recent G2 Best Software Awards for Momentum Leader, Best Usability, Best Support, and Most Implementable Enterprise.


Prior to joining EPAY in 2012, Michelle served as CEO of Hi-Impact Marketing & Sales Solutions, an integrated marketing and sales strategy firm. She also spent eleven years at IBM in sales and marketing, earning IBM’s Distinguished Marketing Momentum award.


Michelle graduated summa cum laude from Marquette University, where she earned her B.S. in Business Administration and holds an M.B.A. with distinction from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.


Ron Shah, Chief Financial Officer


Ron joined PrismHR in 2021 and leads finance and administration. Shah has extensive experience in scaling rapidly growing SaaS businesses and HR technology, and joins PrismHR from Fuel50, an AI-driven talent management platform provider, where he was CFO.


Prior to Fuel50, Shah was CFO and COO of Hodges-Mace, a leading provider of health benefits technology, and CFO of phytest, a revenue cycle management company for healthcare providers. Earlier in his career he gained extensive investment banking experience, and was Director at VRA Partners and Vice President at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey.


Shah holds an MBA from the University of Virginia and a BS in finance from Babson College.
